Fascists are always boy fetishists. The German Freikorps, and Hitler's youth, S.S. and down to the Wehrmacht and ideological Nazi cultists. They made a point of admiring and celebrating the male body and relegating women to the role of "breeders" only. They believed you fought harder with a hard dick and blue balls, with a fierce drive to redirect your libido into destruction and bravery at the battlefront.
